Sustainability and leadership on the entire electrical wholesalers’ value chain

Working in ”silos” could be only economically beneficial for the ”silos” on a short-term perspective. In a sustainable program we are looking for environmental and social benefits for the entire value chain of a business. The aim is to ensure long term return and have a positive impact on the environment (bigger than the silos, isn’t it?). To reach such goals, leadership practices should be adapted from corporate practice to local management. The economical restitution will come after the implementation of these sustainable considerations. Flowing through the entire chain, we will explore means to move from what has been already done to the next level.
