Niedax is a first time partner of the EUEW Business Convention. Why is it important for Niedax to be a part of this major industry event?
As one of the leading suppliers of cable management systems worldwide, we build on strong partnerships with our costumers and the wholesale sector. We provide electrical installation solutions for the biggest projects of our time. That’s why a strong network is essential to achieving our goal: making the electrical world a little safer. Our products and solutions can be found wherever electricity flows. Accordingly, we are a key player in the field of electrical installation and an important partner of the wholesale sector. Therefore we are pleased to participate as a sponsor in the EUEW business convention this year.
This year’s general convention theme is “Energize transition: a key role for the electrical wholesalers” focusing on translating the very important role of electrical wholesalers in the energy transition. How is Niedax impacted by the acceleration of this process? Why is it important for the company to become more sustainable as more opportunities arise in this sense?
On the one hand, as a global company, we ourselves have a duty to act sustainably, not only to secure the electric world of the future, but to guarantee a safe world for all. On the other hand, we provide the basis for a more sustainable future with our electrical installation products. Because no matter how and where electricity is generated: We steer it in safe directions. To this end, we have developed solutions for example for the wind energy or the solar energy sector, but also new innovations for the rail industry to support the digitalization of the railway sector.
The first 100 registrations for this year’s convention were received within just one week of opening registrations. EUEW was very pleasantly surprised by the interest the EUEW Convention is gaining in the industry as well as in its wider ecosystem. What do you expect will be the main takeaways for Niedax with the participation in this year’s EUEW Business Convention?
Of course, we first hope for a lively exchange with experts of the European wholesale sector. We would like to hear what drives the companies, what motivates the market and where the journey will go. In addition, as a strong partner of the wholesale trade, we are pleased to enter into a dialog about the future of the electrical industry and the wholesale sector with all relevant representatives.
